Company Background

Heaslip Engineering Limited was established by Chris Heaslip, initially as Heaslip & Partners Limited, in October 1991.  Prior to that Chris had worked as a project engineer and as a process engineer at New Zealand Aluminium Smelters, and on other industrial projects from the UK.  Chris had already completed his professional experience training to qualify as a professional member of Engineering New Zealand (then known as IPENZ).   

Focusing mostly on the aluminium smelter industry, the practice has carried out projects in various countries including, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.  The practice became Heaslip Engineering Limited in 2003. 

Heaslip Engineering has been built on a philosophy of supplying clients with excellent products.  We have a reputation for supplying robust, innovative, practical and cost effective solutions for our clients. We have extensive experience in the design of special purpose aluminium smelting equipment.
